On the dashboard- to the bottom of the page you can click "Add a new traveler" To add a new traveler. This will allow you to send trip plans to the traveler and also allow you to keep track of information that pertains to them.
1. Click Create New traveler- You begin on the "Required" screen- this is the required info to add a traveler- First Name, Last Name, Email address. Once you add the required information you can save the new client. Or move onto the next tabs to add more information- See below.
*We never market to your clients and the only communications they receive is what you send them.
2. You can then click Additional which will allow you to add more information on this client. This will help tremendously when marketing to your clients for future trips or just to follow up. I suggest adding as much info as possible. This will be saved forever, or until you delete the traveler.
3. You can then go to preferences which will allow you to input any Special Needs, Family Info, and Miscellaneous. This will help when you recommend trips for them to go on.
