Steps to create a trip plan
1. Click "Create new trip plan" on the dashboard- to the right of Trip Plans
2. The new trip modal will populate & You begin with Trip Details. The only information you need to create a trip plan is a trip plan name, you can add the other information later if needed.
Under Trip details you can include-
- Trip plan name- Required
- Especially prepared for- ex: Everhart family vacation, Brittany's Graduation trip
- Travelers- If you have previously added this traveler you can enter their name and select it from the drop down. If this is a brand new traveler click the plus sign to add a new traveler
- Suggested retail price
- Departure and Return dates or duration of the trip
- Comments- travelers will see these comments.
- Trip Notes- travelers will NOT see these comments.
3. Next step is the Layout. This will allow you to pick and choose what you want displayed to the clients. Online view- is the trip plan that is sent via email
PDF view- the trip plan condensed into PDF form
You can add in your own photo for the cover page or simply allow us to pick one for you from the information you add to the trip plan.
5. You can then click create new trip.
