Once you have added information; destination guides, hotels, cruise ships, see and do, dining, etc. You can then organize your trip plan. Within the organize tab you have 2 options- Collate/Change order and Schedule. You can only utilize one of these options.
Collate/change order- You can arrange the order of how the information is shown to your clients by clicking on a destination or hotel and move it to the position you want it shown. *You cannot collage/change the order of see and do items as these will fall under the destination guide in the report.
Schedule- Using our drag and drop itinerary builder you can click and drag an item from the left hand "My collection" column and move it to the appropriate date on the calendar. If you need to change the month simply click the arrows to the left of the month.
